An elegant PRE dressage horse with much expression and excellent movements, Alpha has three good gaits; an excellent canter, a very good trot with powerful back-leg action, plus a good walk. He has excellent sport horse proportions with a lovely face, beautiful neck and strong back. Very good legs and strong, good quality hooves.

Recommended for dressage; a professional, experienced or amateur rider.

Character: Alpha is a very kind, sensitive and gentle soul, at the same time as he is very energetic and positive with a generous spirit and loves to work. He is very well behaved and easy to handle, both in the arena and in the stables, including around other stallions or mares both on and off the arena. Alpha has a big and generous heart, and he learns very easily.

Alpha's Father

Alpha's father is Fer Bulería (Kanaka III x Mañoso II, Yeguada Ferrero), Reserve Champion of Spain. An Absolute Champion of Functionality, Absolute Champion of Movements and an Absolute Champion of the Breed, Fer Bulería is the winner of over forty medals in Spanish breed championships. He has competed in FEI dressage and is training at the Prix St George / Grand Prix level. A spirited and energetic horse to ride, he has a huge and generous heart, and is always very willing with his rider. This very complete and extremely functional PRE stallion typically transmits his generous character and expressive, elastic movements in all three gaits to his offspring. A long walk, beautiful trot, excellent canter and absolutely without any winging/dishing ("campaneo"), as well as strong and healthy constitution is typical for his offspring.

Alpha's Mother

Alpha is a son of Gramola, one of our best brood mares. Gramola is from a highly functional line of Yeguada Militar horses that is famous for their strength, athleticism and movements. Gramola has given us a number of first class PRE offspring with a noble temperament, excellent movements and much beauty.
